Federal Program "Russian language"
Per decree of the Russian Government on December 20, 2014 №2647-p. the Federal Target for the "Russian language" Program was approved for the years 2016-2020.
State Program implementation - Ministry of Education of Russia and Rossotrudnichestvo.
Term of implementation of the new Program - 2016-2020 A (first stage - 2016-2018 years, the second stage - 2019-2020 years).
Planned first phase of the program:
Complex research works in the field of operation, development and study of the Russian language;
Technical, educational and methodological support single electronic educational space, combining of resources for learning Russian language and in Russian at all levels of training;
Training, retraining, professional development Russian language teachers;
Organizational and methodological support for Russian schools in the CIS and other foreign countries;
Delivery of Russian language books, manuals, scientific and popular books and magazines, literature and culture in foreign countries (in Russian science and culture centers, Russian schools (classes);
Creation of conditions for full-fledged training of foreign citizens in the Russian language volumes necessary for their work in Russia;
The establishment of collective access centers to the Russian educational, awareness-raising and social and cultural resources on the basis of Russian centers of science and culture and educational organizations in the CIS and other foreign countries.
Planned second phase of the program :
Development of human resources in the field of Russian language;
The completion of the formation of an open system of education infrastructure in Russian and Russian language teaching;
Providing a wide variability of Russian language training programs using distance education technologies;
Expansion of the presence of the Russian language on the Internet;
Increase the popularity and prestige of the Russian language and education in Russian.
The concept is aimed at the realization of systemic measures on the basis of coordination and cooperation of the federal bodies of state power and bodies of state power of subjects of the Federation, educational, scientific, cultural, sports, non-governmental organizations and business entities in the area of support and promotion of the Russian language.
