On April 17, 2016 a round table discussion devoted to the 120th anniversary of LS Vygotsky, took place in the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv
Within the framework of the III International Festival-competition of talented children "Kaleidoscope", organized by the Israeli Center for Early Development, "from simple to complex" with the support of the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv, a round table devoted to the 120th anniversary of the outstanding birthday Russian scientist, psychologist and teacher LS Vygotsky was held on April 17 at the RCC .
The subjects of the round table included topical issues of pedagogy in the system of preschool, school and further education, the way the creative potential disclosure of children in the light of the teachings of LS Vygotsky.
Opening the seminar, the Director of the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv Natalia Yakimchuk spoke about the RCC activities in promoting Russian education technologies within the concept of "Russian School Abroad".
The round table was attended by the head of the children's choir "Sprockets", vocal teacher Lydia Tsaneva (Sofia, Bulgaria), artistic director of the children's vocal-instrumental ensemble «Magic Land», vocal teacher Julia Kuzmina (Narva, Estonia) , the organizer of the contest-festival "Kaleidoscope", child psychologist Vera Sannikov , "Titora" Director of the Institute of Art, music teacher Eli Reichlin, the head of the Israeli network of physical and mathematical schools for Russian children Dr. Jacob Mazganov, children's writer, translator Inna Wexler, as well as teachers-specialists in Russian philology.
The III International festival of talented children "Kaleidoscope" will continue its work until 21 April,2016.
