A creative meeting with the writer Igor Volgin took place in the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv
A creative evening took place on May 5,2016 at the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv with writer, poet, author ,and leading the intellectual talk show on the TV channel "Culture", "The Glass Bead Game" , Igor Volgin
.
For the theme of his speech, Igor Volgin chose the complex relationship between two of the greatest Russian writers Fyodor Dostoevsky and LN Tolstoy.
The discussion on the topic "Dostoevsky vs Tolstoy: the history of a non-meeting" ,was attended by prominent Israeli scientists, literary critics, professors and teachers of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Haifa and Tel Aviv University, philologists-specialists in Russian philology, representatives of creative professionals and connoisseurs of F. M. Dostoevsky creativity and Russian classical literature.
