 | Victory Day celebrations at the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv

Within the framework of events dedicated to the 71st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, May 9, the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv, held a gala evening with interactive historical and cultural installations and exhibitions.
The center exposition of war rarities was launched, prepared by the Israeli club of military-historical reconstruction of the Red Army (Ashdod).
Also playground "Military field post" was organized with the ability to write a letter of congratulation to the triangle-war veterans and hand it personally to the addressee.
At the site "outdoor kitchen" holiday guests tasted the frontline porridge. There were memorable songs of wartime.
In honor of "Victory Personalities" a Victory Day Historical-documentary exhibition was opened in the Russian Cultural Center (photos, posters, front-line awards and letters) and the exhibition "The Mountain Jews in World War II", organized with the support of the Charity Fund of Mountain Jews ( STMEGI).
The opening night was attended by head of the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv, Yakimchuk Natalia, Head of the Commonwealth compatriots "Siberia - Russia" Larisa Stadler, activists of the STMEGI Fund, World War II veterans, journalists and bloggers from social networks, Israelis and compatriots.
The evenings concert program devoted to Victory Day,was provided by the soloists of the unique project of the St. Petersburg "Embassy of Excellence" House of Music and Rossotrudnichestvo - winners of international competitions, virtuoso musicians Dmitry Smirnov (violin) and Andrew Telkov (piano)
